Map extent defaults to West Linn area when initiating Bike/Map or Bike/Sat tab

Description

Whenver you click on the Bike/Map or Bike/Sat tab, the application centers on the default location - soft of in West Linn. The scale is retained, but the center doesn't hold, so you kind of get jerked over to West Linn.

This behaviour is happening on  http://bycycle.metro-region.org

This is happening in Firefox 1.5.0.6
